온라인 주문하는 과정에서 담요신청 클릭을 놓쳐 문의하였더니 신청누락으로 대상 아니라는 답변을 받음
이벤트 기간이 지난것도 아니고 제품을 취소하고 다시 주문을 넣을까 하다 접습니다. 누락 확인후 추후 챙겨 지급해도 그리 무리가 없어 보이나 불가하다니 구매자 잘못이긴하나 단순실수를 절대불가 라는게 이해할수 없습니다
그런 엄격한 이벤트는 하지 말던가 추천할 마음은 없습니다
